Description

Two ibis enjoy a moment of peace in a quiet pool of water. Entirely hand-crafted using non-toxic Akua intaglio ink, this unique artwork was created in 2022 and is part of series using two aluminum etching plates in combintation with a relief plate. This artwork was made on handmade Greenfield paper incorporating recycled junk mail. Margins are 5/8″ on the sides and 1 1/4″ on top and bottom of the image. Image size is 8 1/2″ x 11″ (paper size 13 1/4″x10″, heavily deckled). The edition/date/signature written in pencil by the artist along the bottom margin.
